Our rate for sending finished translations by postal mail is calculated by the destination and how much it actually cost us to send. Our rate for verbally reading your finished translation over the telephone is calculated by the destination of the call, current calling rate and length of the translation being read.

If a client requests a translation and there are not sufficient funds to cover the translation then the translation will simply wait to be finished until there are sufficient funds deposited. We do not charge bank accounts or bank cards. This way of doing business is better for everyone involved. All unused funds on file with us are always free to be taken back by our clients at any time and for any reason.

No Overcharging: We do not overcharge our customers. You will only be charged for translated work we actually do. You will not be charged for translation of numbers such as numbers in a date or time. Also, unlike some translators, we do not charge per single character but we charge per whole word. So you would never be charged for characters in a sentence such as periods, commas or apostrophes.

No Confusion: You will never be required go through a long account opening procedure. You simply send us your letter by email or fax with any special instructions.
